目的探讨羊水细胞染色体异常核型与产前诊断各指征之间的联系。方法对4247例高危孕妇行羊膜腔穿刺术抽取羊水进行羊水细胞染色体核型分析。结果 4247例孕妇羊水培养成功4244例,成功率99.91%。发现异常核型189例,异常核型检出率为4.45%。超声软指标异常的染色体核型异常检出率最高,占39.29%。染色体数目异常107例,占56.61%。结论羊水细胞染色体检查是常用的产前诊断检查技术,能够有效的对异常胎儿进行确诊。
Objective To investigate the relationship between chromosomal aberration karyotype and prenatal diagnosis of amniotic fluid cells. Methods A total of 4247 high-risk pregnant women underwent amniocentesis by amniocentesis for amniotic fluid cell chromosome karyotype analysis. Results 4247 pregnant women, 4244 cases of successful amniotic fluid culture, the success rate of 99.91%. Abnormal karyotype was found in 189 cases, the detection rate of abnormal karyotype was 4.45%. Ultrasound soft index abnormal chromosome karyotype abnormality detection rate was the highest, accounting for 39.29%. Chromosome number abnormalities in 107 cases, accounting for 56.61%. Conclusions Amniotic fluid cell chromosome examination is a common prenatal diagnostic test, which can effectively diagnose abnormal fetuses.
