新农村建设是构建和谐社会的重头戏,需要包括中央企业在内所有企业的竭忠尽智,为国分忧,为民排难。在这个主旨下,中海油与中化建强强携手,珠联壁合,向打造中国氮磷钾肥的航空母舰锵锵行进——2006年10月,经国务院批准,中海油与中化建正式重组,盘踞海上传统基地的中海油藉此登陆,并且选定了两个登陆点:磷矿与化肥,以加入中国新农村建设的大合唱。
