利凡诺中期引产,是一种国内普遍采用的较好的方法。关于利凡诺的引产机理,有人认为是与内源性前列腺素的释放有关,有资料报道,利凡诺加用丙酸睾丸酮肌肉注射能缩短引产时间。有人指出,丙酸睾丸酮能引起蜕膜的变性坏死,推想这样可促进内源性前列腺素的释放。本文采用放射免疫方法测定了利凡诺及利凡诺加丙睾引产时羊水中PGF_(2a)与PGE_1的含量变化,以此探讨利凡诺引产的机理,并研究丙睾在其中的作用。材料和方法一、研究对象研究对象为妊娠19~23周的中期引产者10例,其中7例为第一胎,3例为第二胎,分成两组各5例:
Rivanol mid-term induction of labor, is a better method commonly used in China. About rivano’s induction of labor mechanism, some people think it is related to the release of endogenous prostaglandins, there are data reported that rivanol plus intramuscular injection of testosterone propionate can shorten the time of induction of labor. It was pointed out that testosterone propionate can cause decidual necrosis of the decidua, presumably this can promote the release of endogenous prostaglandin. In this paper, radioimmunoassay was used to determine the changes of PGF2a and PGE1 in amniotic fluid during the induction of labor with rivanol and rivanoprogine, so as to explore the mechanism of rivanoprazole induced labor and to study the role of progesterone in it.
