随着新课程改革的不断深入,教师不断改进教学策略,在教学方法和教学思路上都有了很大的提高,在教学中也取到了一定的成绩。但是在现行的教育制度下,教学方面依然存在着一定的问题,初中数学课堂教学中依然存在着过分关注学生成绩的现象,以成绩为主要标准,导致学生的积极性不高,课堂效率低下,这些极大的影响了教育改革的步伐。这就需要我们教师善于在平时的教学中发现问题,不断与时俱进,及时解决问题,从而提高初中数学教学质量和水平,从根本上提高学生的学习能力和水平,为国家培养高素质的人才。
With the deepening of the reform of the new curriculum, teachers continue to improve teaching strategies, have made great improvements in teaching methods and teaching ideas, and have also achieved some achievements in teaching. However, under the current education system, there are still some problems in teaching. There still exist the phenomenon of paying too much attention to the students’ scores in the mathematics classroom teaching in junior middle schools. The results are the main criterion, which leads to the low enthusiasm of the students and the inefficiency in the classroom. Greatly affected the pace of education reform. This requires that our teachers are good at discovering problems during normal teaching, keep pace with the times and solve problems in time so as to improve the quality and level of mathematics teaching in junior high schools, fundamentally improve students’ learning ability and level, and cultivate high-quality Talent.
