目前,我国的汽车工业已经进入重要战略转移的新时期,即从载货车转变为以轿车为重点,而轿车的发展关键在于零部件工业能否与主机厂同步或超前,过去我们对此认识不够,因为在发展货车生产过程中,零部件与主机的矛盾并不十分突出。不过,两年前就有从事零部件工作的专家提出“配套产品质量超主机”的目标。但过去两年内在EQ140载货车的500多项配套产品中达到此目标的品种不到20项,可见真要实现起来确实困难重重。人们已不难看出我国现有的几家合资汽车厂的国产化速度为何不高,以及国产零部件为何不能与主机配套内在原因。
