为了适应有计划商品经济的发展,加强对进入市场的汽车零部件实施商品检验和管理,中国汽车工程学会汽车应用与服务分会、中国汽车贸易总公司,组织部分省市汽车工业(配件)公司、研究所制订了《汽车零部件商品验收规范》,经广泛征求意见,审查会议通过,全国汽车标准化技术委员会审查批准,作为行业标准发布,并于1991年1月1日起开始实施。
In order to adapt to the planned economy of commodities and strengthen the inspection and management of the products on the market, the Automotive Applications and Services Branch of China Society of Automotive Engineers, China National Automobile Trade Corporation, the automobile industry (parts) companies of some provinces and cities, Institute developed a “code of acceptance of automotive parts and components”, after extensive solicitation of opinions, the review meeting passed the review and approval of the National Automotive Standardization Technical Committee, released as an industry standard, and in January 1, 1991 came into effect.
