历时两年多、货值人民币255万余元,国内首创在境外扣押货物,后在国内对造假者、售假者进行刑事打击的案件——尚德太阳能电池假冒商标案,6月21日经江苏省无锡市高新技术产业开发区法院审理,作出了一审判决,涉案的制假、售假人顾某、蔡某、周某及林德公司被处以不同刑期和罚金的处罚。该案开创了中国与欧盟海关之间交换扣押货物、证据的先河。国内光伏行业无锡尚德太阳能电力有限公司在相关部门的协助下成功跨国取证,终将“李鬼”绳之以法。
