最近,笔者到湖北省南漳县武安镇、城关镇两个社区矫正试点单位,对社区矫正工作进行了详细调查。从调查了解情况来看,目前社区矫正对象脱管现象较为严重。据统计,截至目前,武安镇、城关镇应接收社区矫正对象19人,因矫正对象虚报地址无法查找1人,在外经商、打工无法联系5人,致使6名矫正对象脱管,占应接收矫正对象的31%。笔者认为,造成社区矫正对象脱管的主要原因有以下三点:
Recently, I went to two community correction pilot units in Wu'an Town and Chengguan Town, Nanzhang County, Hubei Province, and conducted a detailed survey of community correction work. From the survey to understand the situation, the current object of community corrections is more serious. According to statistics, up to now, Wu'an Town and Chengguan Town should receive 19 community correction objects, one person can not be found due to the false address of the correction object, and 5 people can not be contacted while working outside the hometown. As a result, six correctional objects are taken away and the correction should be received 31% of the object.
