在毛主席革命路线指引下,特别经过批林批孔和最近揭发批判“四人帮”之后,革命生产形势一片大好。我国花药培养单倍体工作,发展很快,并已取得很大的成绩。目前,我国不仅在烟草,而且在小麦、水稻等方面,都在世界上首先运用这一方法培育出新品种。我省和全国一样,单倍体育种研究进展也很快,收效大,不少单位已培育出绿苗,有些单位已有一批优良的品系,这充分说明在我国社会主义制度下,单倍体育种工作,有广阔的发展前途。在上级党委的正确领导和重视下,在有关单位的大力帮助和支持下,我们从一九七三年开始进行烟草单倍体倍育试验,收获了一些种子。一九七四年以后进行籼稻花药培养试验,因陋就简,土法上马,先后于一九七五年和一九七六年早、晚造,都获得一小批绿苗,现将试验情况小结如下:

Since 1974, the test of indica anther culture has been carried out. As a result of its simplicity, the indigenous method was launched and a small batch of green seedlings were obtained early and late in 1975 and early 1976 respectively.
