2014年4月,本刊有幸邀请到郭道晖先生、江平先生和李步云先生,李老自言:这是我们三人首次一起接受访谈,非常高兴。诚然,三位长者均已年届耄耋,共话的机缘也愈发难得。对谈伊始至终,他们精神矍铄,思维敏捷,说宪法,话共识,论改革,就当前的法治热点和焦点问题展开了广泛而深入的讨论。三老的经历和角度各不同,观点也自出机杼,精彩纷呈。自新中国1954年宪法起,已然六十载,三位长者从意气风发的法学青年一路走来,成为今时从容、睿慧、有气度的智者。在参与的诸多重要法治事件中,作为亲历者,他们有担当,在其时的工作岗位上尽职守责;作为反思者,他们是真诚的,看见法治经验的同时更注重对教训的汲取;作为建言者,他们有显见的赤子家国情怀,对宪治中国之成就充满理性的期待。编者在聆听三位长者三个小时的短暂分享里,仍得一窥大时代背景下法律人的矫健身影。祝愿三老幸福康健,也祝福依宪治国早日可鉴!

It is true that the three elderly people have all been talked about for years and the chances of reaching a consensus have become increasingly rare. From the very beginning of the talks, they began to talk spiritedly and thoughtfully. They said that the Constitution, the consensus on the issue, the reform, and the discussions on the current hot issues of the rule of law and the focal points were extensive and in-depth discussions. Third, the experience and perspective of the old different point of view also out of the machine, brilliant. Since the founding of New China in 1954, it has been sixty years since the three elders came all the way from the energetic law-fostering youngsters and have become wise, arrogant and enviable at this time. Among the many important rule-of-law events that they participate in, as witnesses, they have the responsibility to perform their duties and duties at the moment in their work positions. As reflectors, they are sincere, and they pay more attention to drawing lessons from the experience of rule of law. Proponents, they have a clear sense of the true feelings of their own children and the achievements of the constitutional China full of rational expectations. While listening to the three-hour short-term sharing of the three elderly people, the editors still have a glimpse of the vigilance of legal persons in the great era. I wish the three happy and healthy old, also wish the constitutional state as soon as possible!
