一九八五年,我获批准离休。这样我就有条件实现学习国画的愿望了。我的第二个春天,可以开始了。当初,我找来了一些学画的范本,学习画鸟、画蝴蝶、画猫等什么都画,由于不得其门而入,收获不大,进步不快,走了一些弯路。一九八九年,云南老年大学招生,我很快报了名,在该校美术系学了两期国画艺术。在美术老师的精心指导下,学到了一些国画艺术的基本知识,如鱼得水,我就更加专心致志的努力钻研国画艺术。日复一日,年复一年,从不间断,为了分秒必争如饥似渴地苦练国画艺术,有时连饭也顾不得吃,不怕疲劳,甚至忘记了日子和星期几。由于我对学习国画艺术,有了浓厚兴趣和孜孜不倦的进取精神,我始终抱着严肃认真的态度,从不马虎了草,我时常为作一幅画,要作多次甚至几十次的修改,画的不满意,再重画,
In 1985, I was approved to leave. So I have the conditions to realize the desire to learn traditional Chinese painting. My second spring can start.
