目的 为研究IL-10在肺癌免疫中的作用.方法 本研究采用酶联免疫吸附试验,对63例肺癌(鳞癌、腺癌)手术切除标本及离肺癌组织边缘5cm以上的肺组织的IL-10、IL-2、IFN-γ的含量进行了检测;结果 正常肺组织、肺癌组织所含IL-10、IL-2、IFN-γ不同,肺癌组织所含IL-10明显高于正常肺组织(P<0.001),正常肺组织所含IL-2、IFN-γ较肺癌组织高(P<0.05).结论 肺癌微环境中IL-10增加,IL-2、IFN-γ下降,提示IL-10与肿瘤免疫抑制有关
Objective To study the role of IL-10 in lung cancer immunity. Methods In this study, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to examine IL-63 in 63 lung cancer specimens (squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma) and in lung tissue more than 5 cm away from the edge of lung cancer tissue. 10. The contents of IL-2 and IFN-γ were detected; the results showed that normal lung tissue and lung cancer tissues contained different IL-10, IL-2 and IFN-γ. The lung tissue contained IL-10 was significantly higher than normal lung tissue. (P<0.001), IL-2 and IFN-γ levels in normal lung tissue were higher than those in lung cancer tissues (P<0.05). Conclusions The IL-10 and IL-2 and IFN-γ decrease in lung cancer microenvironment. , suggesting that IL-10 is associated with tumor immunosuppression
