本文采用不同锥角的四棱锥及圆锥形压头模拟磨粒,对几种石材试块进行压入破碎实验研究,建立了力学模型,找出了破碎量与载荷、石材力学性质及压头顶角之间的关系,与实验结果较为吻合。
In this paper, the different angles of the pyramids and conical indenters were used to simulate the abrasive particles. Several kinds of stone test pieces were pressed into the crushing experiment and the mechanical model was established. The crushing amount and load, the mechanical properties of the stone and the tip angle were found out. The relationship between them is in line with experimental results.
