“北京知识管理研究基地”(http://km.bistu.edu.cn/)成立于2006年,是依托北京信息科技大学建立的北京市哲学社会科学研究基地。研究基地以“推进中国知识管理理论创新与应用”为建设宗旨,积极把握世界前沿知识管理理论与先进实践,持续推进中国知识管理创新。本期“专家访谈”栏目中,我们有幸采访了北京知识管理研究基地主任兼首席专家葛新权教授。葛教授从20世纪末就开始关注和研究知识管理,提出了知识经济与可持续发展、平等管理思想、科技进步对就业贡献率方法、泡沫经济模型、时滞生产函数模型族以及回归模型技术等一系列具有创新性和影响力的学术成果。葛教授现担任北京信息科技大学经济管理学院院长,兼任北京交通大学博士生导师、中国社会科学院博士生导师,享受国务院政府津贴、是北京市有突出贡献专家,曾入选北京市百千万人才计划、高层次人才资助计划。本次采访我们主要围绕知识管理基地的建设情况、知识管理与大数据的关系、对知识管理研究与实践的建议等相关议题展开,葛教授从经济学这一独特视角深入浅出地为我们讲述了具有普适性的知识管理,令人耳目一新。
“Beijing Knowledge Management Research Base ” (http://km.bistu.edu.cn/) was founded in 2006, is based on the Beijing University of Information Science and Technology established the philosophy and social science research base. Based on the tenet of “advancing the innovation and application of knowledge management theory in China”, the research base actively grasps the frontier knowledge management theories and advanced practices in the world and continuously advances innovation in knowledge management in China. In this issue of “Expert Interview,” we were privileged to interview Professor Ge Xinquan, director and chief expert of Beijing Knowledge Management Research Base. Professor Ge began to pay attention to and study knowledge management from the end of the 20th century. He put forward such concepts as knowledge economy and sustainable development, equality management, contribution rate of science and technology to employment, bubble economy model, time lag production function model family and regression model technology A series of innovative and influential academic achievements. Professor GE currently serves as dean of the School of Economics and Management of Beijing University of Information Science and Technology, concurrently a doctoral tutor at Beijing Jiaotong University, and a doctoral tutor at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He enjoys government subsidies from the State Council and is an outstanding contribution expert in Beijing. Plan, high-level talent support plan. In this interview, we mainly focus on the construction of knowledge management base, the relationship between knowledge management and big data, and the related issues of the research and practice of knowledge management. Relevant issues of Professor Ge from the unique perspective of economics tell us in simple terms that Universal knowledge management is refreshing.
