我院近年应用西咪替丁治疗疱疹性口炎114例,取得了较好的疗效。 临床诊断为疱疹性口炎114例患者,随机分成两组,治疗组58例,给西咪替丁15mg/kg·d口服、板蓝根针剂2ml一日二次肌注、局涂锡类散与西咪替丁混合物;对照组56例,只给板蓝根、锡类散。于用药2、5、7、10天复诊。治疗组用药2天,体温恢复正常,精神状态好转,5天溃疡基本愈合,有效率85％;对照组有效率70％。 讨论 西咪替丁在消化性溃疡治疗中,能减轻疼痛,缩短溃疡愈合时间,在疱疹性口炎的治疗中具有类
