本文介绍了硫酸锌片剂的试制及临床应用。对硫酸锌片剂释放度的评定用转篮法,转速为80rpm,50分钟全部释放,t_(1/2)为17.5分钟。对30例正常人血清锌正常值进行测定,均值为106.7±24.13μg/100ml,又对22例急性白血病人未服药前血清锌值测定,均值为56.31±15.83μg/100ml。对这些病人投服本片剂,其中10例病人服药1～2个月,服药期间病情稳定,无不良反应,服药前后血清锌值有显著差异。
This article describes the trial production of zinc sulfate tablets and clinical application. Evaluation of the release of zinc sulfate tablets using basket method, the speed of 80rpm, 50 minutes all released, t_ (1/2) is 17.5 minutes. Serum zinc normal values were measured in 30 normal subjects with a mean of 106.7 ± 24.13μg / 100ml.
