目的研究早期超声诊断在11-14孕周胎儿神经系统畸形中的诊断价值。方法选取11~14孕周胎儿2000例,采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪进行诊断,对于诊断神经系统异常胎儿给予终止妊娠建议。结果 2013年、2014年及2015年早期超声诊断畸形检出率分别为0.9%、2.65%、3.9%,不同年份比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);28例胎儿中枢神经系统畸形类型相对较多,排在前两位的分别为:无脑儿、脑膨出。结论 11~14孕周胎儿早期采用超声诊断效果理想,为临床早期干预提供依据。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of early ultrasonography in fetal neurological malformations during 11-14 gestational weeks. Methods Totally 2000 fetuses aged from 11 to 14 gestational weeks were selected for diagnosis by color Doppler sonography. It is suggested to diagnose the termination of pregnancy in fetal with abnormal nervous system. Results The detection rates of ultrasound diagnosis in early years in 2013, 2014 and 2015 were 0.9%, 2.65% and 3.9%, respectively, with statistical significance in different years (P <0.05). The incidences of abnormalities of fetal central nervous system More, ranked in the first two are: no brain, brain bulging. Conclusions Early fetus with 11 ~ 14 gestational weeks fetal ultrasound diagnosis is effective and provides the basis for clinical early intervention.
