目的探讨后腹腔镜下治疗肾囊肿的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析收治的58例行后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶减压术治疗患者的临床资料。结果所有患者均手术顺利,手术时间20~65min,平均35min,术中出血10~50ml,平均25ml,住院时间3~9d,平均6d,病理报告均为良性,随访6~24个月,平均8个月,除1例肾盂旁囊肿于术后6个月复发外其余患者未见复发。结论后腹腔镜治疗肾囊肿安全有效,且创伤小、恢复快。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of retroperitoneoscopic treatment of renal cysts. Methods A retrospective analysis of 58 patients underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cyst decompression in the treatment of patients with clinical data. Results All the patients were operated smoothly, the operation time was 20-65 minutes, the average was 35 minutes, the intraoperative bleeding was 10-50ml, the average was 25ml, the hospitalization time was 3-9d, the average was 6 days. The pathological reports were all benign. The patients were followed up for 6-24 months with an average of 8 Month, in addition to 1 case of renal pelvis cyst after 6 months of recurrence in the rest of the patients no recurrence. Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic treatment of renal cysts is safe and effective, and less trauma, faster recovery.
