图书馆是开展研究性学习不可或缺的重要条件,是育人、教改的文化阵地。管理人员素质的高低直接影响到图书馆效能的发挥。图书馆是为教育科研单位和个人提供文献资料的阵地,担负着配合课程、辅助教学、扩大读者的知识面、是青少年进行思想行为和道德情操教育的主阵地。本文从图书管理资源配置存在不足,管理人员素质的高低直接影响到中小学图书馆效能的发挥以及图书馆管理人员要适应现代化的需求,熟练掌握计算机管理的能力进行了研究。
Library is an indispensable condition for carrying out research-based learning, and is a cultural position for educating and reforming education. The quality of management personnel directly affects the performance of the library. Libraries provide a place for educational materials and research units and individuals to take the lead in coordinating curriculums, assisting in teaching and expanding readers’ knowledge, which is the main front for adolescents to conduct ideological and moral education. This paper studies the inadequate allocation of resources for library management, the direct impact of the quality of management personnel on the performance of primary and secondary school libraries and the need of library managers to adapt to the needs of modernization.
