在本研究中制定了改善用浮选从锡重选精矿中除杂的方法。用脂肪醇基硫酸酯改性的磺化琥珀酸类混合捕收剂和杂质的抑制剂 (有机酸和硅酸钠 )正浮选锡石 ,从锡重选精矿中除去锆石和钽铌铁矿杂质。应用该法时 ,90 %以上的杂质从重选精矿被除去 ,锡精矿SnO2 品位从 5 8%提高到 90 %以上。影响从含钽铌铁矿和锆石杂质的锡精矿中优先浮选锡石的主要因素有捕收剂的改性程度、抑制剂的种类和用量及浮选pH值。几个连续的分批试验验证了该法的适应性
In this study, a method to improve the removal of impurities from tin concentrates by flotation was developed. Sulfonated succinic acid-based mixed collectors and impurities inhibitors (organic acids and sodium silicates) modified with fatty alcohol sulfates are flotation of cassiterite and removal of zircon and tantalum-niobium iron from concentrates of tin Mine impurities. When this method is applied, more than 90% of the impurities are removed from the concentrate, and the SnO2 grade of tin concentrate is raised from 58% to 90%. The main factors influencing the flotation of cassiterite from tin concentrates containing tantalum-niobite and zircon impurities include the degree of modification of the collector, the type and amount of inhibitor, and the flotation pH.
