汉语国际传播高速发展离不开自上而下的推动,离不开符合本国实际情况的顶层设计。泰国通过顶层设计快速推动汉语传播,这对其他国家的汉语传播具有很好的借鉴意义。作为泰国的邻国,缅甸汉语教学尚未得到政府的大力支持,主要依靠华人社团的力量,开设汉语专业的高校仅有仰光和曼德勒的两所外语大学。在过去几十年中,缅甸华文教育只能以私立学校或补习班的性质在夹缝中生存,发展缓慢。本文以泰国顶层设计促使汉语快速传播为例,结合缅甸汉语教学现状,探讨泰国汉语教学顶层设计对缅甸汉语传播的借鉴意义。
The rapid development of Chinese international communication is inseparable from the top-down promotion and can not be separated from the top-level design that suits the actual conditions of our country. Thailand has rapidly promoted the spread of Chinese through the top-level design, which is of great reference to the spread of Chinese in other countries. As a neighbor of Thailand, Chinese teaching in Burma has not received the strong support of the government. It relies mainly on the strength of Chinese communities. There are only two foreign-language universities in Yangon and Mandalay that offer Chinese-language institutions. In the past few decades, Chinese education in Burma has been able to survive in the cramped, slow pace of development in the nature of private schools or cram schools. This paper takes Thai top-level design to promote rapid Chinese as an example. Combining with the current situation of Chinese teaching in Burma, this paper explores the reference meaning of the top-level design of Thai Chinese teaching to the spread of Chinese in Myanmar.
