目的通过对423例出生缺陷儿资料回顾分析,探讨产前超声显像诊断效果及提高产前、产后诊断符合率的对策。方法筛查、登记2006.1-2010.1出生缺陷的423例将超声显像诊断与产后诊断符合率进行对比分析。结果产前超声显像出生缺陷的诊断与产后诊断总符合率为85.6%,符合率最高的神经管畸形,检出率最高的孕周为18-24周。结论产前的超声诊断出生缺陷多以结构畸形为主,超声软指标结合孕期血清标记以及定期规范的产前超声检查能进一步提高缺陷儿的检出率。
Objective To review the data of 423 children with birth defects to explore the diagnostic value of prenatal ultrasound imaging and to improve the coincidence rate of prenatal and postnatal diagnosis. Methods Screening and registration of 423 cases of birth defects in 2006.1-2010.1 were compared between the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonic imaging and postpartum diagnosis. Results The total coincidence rate of diagnosis and postpartum diagnosis of birth defects in prenatal ultrasound imaging was 85.6%. The highest coincidence rate of neural tube defects was found. The gestational age with the highest detection rate was 18-24 weeks. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of birth defects mostly deformity, ultrasound soft index combined with serum markers during pregnancy and regular standardized prenatal ultrasound can further improve the detection rate of defective children.
