资金是企业生存发展的生命线,财务管理是维系企业生产经营活动的关键保证。对于当代企业而言,都面临着越来越激烈的市场竞争,在强调细节决定成败的今天,任何企业都希望能够健全完善管理制度,避免管理漏洞的发生。财务部门作为企业的命脉,更是被摆在了不一般的高度。笔者在大型企业财务部门工作多年,结合自身实践经验借本文表述自己对当代企业财务管理工作的观点。
Capital is the lifeline of the survival and development of enterprises, and financial management is the key guarantee for maintaining the production and business activities of enterprises. For contemporary enterprises, are facing more and more intense market competition, emphasizing the details determine the success or failure of today, any business hoping to perfect the management system, to avoid management loopholes. The financial sector as the lifeblood of enterprises, it is also placed in an unusual height. I work in the financial department of large enterprises for many years, combined with their own practical experience by this article to express their views on the contemporary enterprise financial management.
