以密花豆(Spatholobus suberectus)、喙果鸡血藤(Millettia tsui Metc)、常春油麻藤(Mucuna sempervirens)、小血藤(Dchisandra propinguavar.sinensis)、香花崖豆藤(Millettia dielsiana Harms)枝条为试材,采用对照试验以及正交实验的方法,研究了几种鸡血藤扦插繁殖的成活难易情况,并对影响密花豆成活率的条件:生根剂种类、浓度、浸根时间、枝条木质化程度进行优化。结果表明:不同种鸡血藤的成活情况存在较大差异,密花豆最易成活,常春油麻藤次之,小血藤最不易成活。并且不同的生根剂以及不同木质化程度对于扦插成活率存在影响,在对密花豆扦插育苗时,选择木质化程度高的枝条,并用浓度为300mg/L的NAA处理30min,能够较大程度的提高成活率。
