教师是学校的第一资本,是学校最丰富、最有潜力、最有生命力的教育资源,拥有德才兼备、充满爱心、甘于奉献的教师群体,才能办出好学校。青年教师更是学校教育教学工作中的有生力量,是学校教育教学质量可持续发展的关键,为此青年教师的培养极为重要。每年新学年开学,学校都会有一定数量的新教师输入,在给学校带来青春活力的同时也带来了困惑。80、90后的年轻人,从小养尊处优惯了,刚踏上新岗位往往缺少工作的主动性,怕吃苦,又安于常态。对此,如何做好新教师的培养就成了目前学校的头等大事,如何让新教师迅速适应工作岗位,潜心教育,成为学校管理者们苦苦思索的问题,笔者近几年通过不断尝试摸索,得出以下“四步曲”。
