鲎血细胞溶解物试验(简称鲎试验),近年来认为是临床上用以检测体液中微量内毒素的一种快速、敏感而简便的辅助诊断方法。我们于1985年春对40例流行性脑脊髓膜炎(简称流脑)患者的脑脊液进行了鲎试验检测和细菌学检查比较:并对6例其他脑炎与脑膜炎患者的脑脊液作了鲎试验对照观察,现总结分析如下。
