在企业中党的活动是党的全部生活的基础,是党的生命力和战斗力的生动体现,是统一思想、提升素质、凝聚力量,保持党的先锋队性质的舞台和阵地。目前,企业党的基层组织在提高党的活动质量上已经探索出了一些好的经验和作法,充分发挥了企业党组织的政治核心作用。但是有些方面还明显落后于形势发展,存在一些急需改进的问题。因此,改进基层党组织活动,提高活动质量和水平,不断增强党的活动的感染力和吸引力就显得尤为迫切。
