自2007年我国增设商务英语本科专业以来,我国的商务英语学科得到了蓬勃的发展。对于这样一个年轻而又蓬勃发展的专业来说,构建一支相配套的师资队伍显得尤为重要。利用文献法,从跨学科复合型师资的要求出发,结合商务英语专业的学科内涵、社会诉求等角度,旨在阐明跨学科复合型师资队伍对商务英语专业发展的意义,提出既然商务英语专业培养的是跨学科复合型人才,那么就应该有跨学科复合型师资队伍与之相配套的观点。提出构建跨学科复合型师资队伍的建议。
Since the establishment of an additional undergraduate business English in 2007, our business English has been booming. For such a young and flourishing professional, it is particularly important to build a matching teaching staff. Based on the requirements of interdisciplinary composite teachers and combining with the subject connotation of business English majors and social appeals, this paper aims to clarify the significance of interdisciplinary composite faculty to the development of Business English majors. It is suggested that since the development of Business English majors Is an interdisciplinary composite talent, then there should be interdisciplinary composite faculty team with supporting view. Put forward the suggestion of constructing interdisciplinary compound faculty.
