所谓策展人,顾名思义即(艺术)展览中负责构思、策划、管理等的专职人员。在西方文化中,策展人的角色是在艺术宫、展览馆等研究、保管或策划、管理展览的专职人员。从历史发展来看,“策展人”的概念本身是从西方引进,在我国的发展正在不断适应不同的文化背景,从现有文献来看,多数以西方策展人培养机制或我国策展人培养机制为主要研究方向,鲜有将两者横向对比进行分析,所以本文通过对中西方策展人培养机制的横向比较,寻找共同点和不同之处,为我国策展人的培养奠定良好发展方向,推进当代艺术的发展和进步。
