在实验室条件下研究了杀螨王的亚致死浓度在间接施药(处理桃叶)情况下对山楂叶螨雌成螨生殖的影响。结果表明:不同的亚致死浓度对山楂叶螨雌成螨的生殖影响不同。LC50处理后对雌成螨具有刺激生殖的显著作用,产卵量是对照组的1.95倍;LC25对雌成螨的生殖影响不大,产卵量与对照组差异不明显。LC50、LC25和CK处理雌成螨后,对卵的孵化率影响没有显著差异,其孵化率分别为82.10%、90.54%和83.11%。
The effects of sub-lethal concentrations of acaroid mites on female adult mite reproduction of hawthorn spider mites were investigated under laboratory conditions with indirect application (treatment of peach leaves). The results showed that different concentrations of sublethal had different reproductive effects on adult mite of hawthorn spider mite. LC50 treatment of female adult mites have a significant role in stimulating reproduction, oviposition amount was 1.95 times the control group; LC25 on female reproductive mites did not affect the fecundity and the control group no significant difference. LC50, LC25 and CK treatment of adult female mites, the hatching rate of eggs no significant difference, the hatching rates were 82.10%, 90.54% and 83.11%.
