大鼠和家犬单次及多次给予卡铂均可引起骨髓造血功能严重抑制、肠粘膜等多个脏器出血.淋巴组织萎缩,肝细胞和肠粘模上皮细胞变性、坏死、生精抑制等。上述毒性表现与剂量相关,无种属和性别差异,停药后可基本恢复,停药后观察6～7Wk未见迟发毒性。大鼠卡铂每隔3周iv共3次.实验结果表明上述毒性为中度蓄积性。
