近年来,浙江省建工集团每年的在建项目有300个左右,项目遍及全国22个省市,2011年施工产值突破150亿元。面对量大面广的施工项目,安全生产责任重大,多管齐下,积极应对,安全生产形势始终在平稳可控。日前,企业制订了《企业和项目负责人施工现场带班安全管理暂行规定(试行)》,该规定明确了带班责任人的主体:范围、工作要求、工作职责和工作内容,企业领导通过深入项目一线,密切联系职工,更好地发现并解决问题,提升项目施工管理水平和安全生产系数,进一步完善项目现场安全管理模式,对重点作业环节从严把关、认真监督,为安全生产增加一道防护线。
In recent years, Zhejiang Construction Engineering Group each year about 300 projects under construction, the project covers 22 provinces and cities nationwide, construction output in 2011 exceeded 15 billion yuan.
