棉酚的临床研究提示,约有6%的服药者性机能轻度减退,但影响性功能的因素比较复杂,因此棉酚是否影响性腺功能和性激素的水平,引起国内外学者的关注。国外虽有关于棉酚对大鼠血清睾酮、LH和FSH 水平的影响的报道,但结果不尽一致。本实验研究了棉酚对雄性大鼠血清睾酮水平的影响以及停药后的恢复情况。材料和方法一、醋酸棉酚醋酸棉酚(100.8%,融点180～181.5℃),由无锡轻工业学院粮油系提供。用时将醋酸棉酚放在研钵中加花生油研匀,制成混悬液,避光保存。二、动物采用本院动物室饲养的雄性Wistar 大鼠75只,
Gossypol clinical research suggests that about 6% of the medication of patients with mild hypogonadism, but the factors affecting sexual function is more complex, so gossypol affects gonadal function and sex hormone levels, aroused the concern of scholars at home and abroad. Although foreign reports on the effect of gossypol on serum testosterone, LH and FSH levels in rats, the results are not consistent. This study investigated the effect of gossypol on serum testosterone levels in male rats and recovery after discontinuation.
