目的:研究妇珍片对原发性痛经的作用。方法:用催产素诱发大鼠离体子宫收缩模型,观察妇珍片对子宫痉挛性收缩的影响;测定大鼠子宫韧带毛细血管网点数,观察妇珍片对子宫微循环的影响;小鼠扭体法观察妇珍片的镇痛作用;失血法造血虚症小鼠模型,观察妇珍片的补血作用。结果:妇珍片可显著的抑制催产素引起的子宫收缩;显著增加子宫毛细血管网点数;显著减少醋酸引起的小鼠扭体反应次数;显著增加血虚小鼠血红蛋白及红细胞总数。结论:妇珍片具有解痉、改善子宫微循环、镇痛、补血作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Fuzhen Tablet on primary dysmenorrhea. METHODS: Rat uterine contraction model induced by oxytocin was used to observe the effect of Fuzhen Tablet on uterine spasm contraction; the number of capillaries of rat uterine ligament capillary network was measured, and the effect of Fuzhen Tablet on uterine microcirculation was observed; Observing the analgesic effect of Fuzheng Tablets by body method; the mouse model of blood deficiency and blood deficiency caused by blood loss and observing the blood-enriching effect of Fuzhen Tablets. RESULTS: The Fuzhen Tablet could significantly inhibit the uterine contraction caused by oxytocin; significantly increase the number of uterine capillary network points; significantly reduce the number of acetic acid-induced writhing responses in mice; and significantly increase the total number of hemoglobin and red blood cells in the blood deficiency mice. Conclusion: The Fuzhen Tablet has antispasmodic effect, improves uterine microcirculation, analgesia, and blood supply.
