喹诺酮类药物的合成和对它们的抗菌谱及体外活性的阐明已使感兴趣于抗菌化学疗法的研究人员产生了巨大的兴趣.氟哌酸(Norfloxacin)、氟嗪酸(Ofloxacin)、甲氟哌酸(Pefloxacin)、丙氟哌酸(Ciprofloxacin)和氟啶酸(Enoxacin)都已进行过广泛研究,还有许多其它的喹诺酮类也已合成并在研究之中.由于喹诺酮类药物在大多数临床抗菌试验中被证明为高效,看来有临床广泛使用的可能,人们已把注意力集中在这类药物的不良反应方面.虽然一般的不良反应已在临床试验中表现出来,但在我们取得对该类药物毒性的全面了解之前,许多不良反应还有待于我们去发现.然而,在这类药物的实验室和临床研究在若干国际会议上报道
The synthesis of quinolones and elucidation of their antibacterial spectrum and activity in vitro have generated a great interest among researchers interested in antibacterial chemotherapy. Norfloxacin, Ofloxacin, Pefloxacin, Ciprofloxacin, and Enoxacin have been studied extensively and many other quinolones have also been synthesized and are under investigation. Since quinolones are commonly used in most clinical Antibacterial tests have proved to be highly effective and appear to be widely used clinically possible, people have to focus attention on the adverse reactions of these drugs.Although the general adverse reactions have been shown in clinical trials, Many of the side effects have yet to be discovered before we can fully understand the toxicity of these drugs.
