本社遵照中央教育部的指示,為初中二、三年級的語文課編選了八篇補充教材。這些教材,從一九五四年三月十六日起,陸續在「中國青年報」上登載。編選補充教材的主要目的,在於輔助原來的教材加强對学生的勞動教育,培養学生的社會主義勞動態度和熱愛勞動、熱愛勞動人民的崇高情感;從而使學生自覺地服從國家總路线的要求,於国家需要時積極參加各種勞動生產,建設我們偉大的祖國。勞動教育,始終是我們学校教育的一项主要任務,也是當前我國中学以國家過渡時期總路线的精神教育學生的一個重要內容。在中学語文教學中,當然應該對学生進行勞動教育,可是我們過去在這方面做得不够。做得不够的原因之一,就是語文教材中勞動教育的內容比較薄弱。這次編選補充教材,也是為了儘可能地彌補原有教材中的這個缺點。
In accordance with instructions from the Central Ministry of Education, CCS compiles eight supplementary teaching materials for the second and third year Chinese language classes in junior high schools. These teaching materials, starting from March 16, 1954, are listed in the “China Youth Daily” one after another. The main purpose of compiling supplementary teaching materials is to supplement the original teaching materials to strengthen the labor education of students, to cultivate students’ socialist labor attitude, to love labor, and to love the sublime emotions of the working people; so as to enable the students to subordinate themselves to the requirements of the general national line When needed, the state actively participates in various kinds of labor production and builds our great motherland. Labor education has always been a major task of our school education and is an important part of our current education of students in the spirit of the general line for national transitional period in our country. In secondary school Chinese teaching, of course, labor education should be provided to students. However, we have not done enough in this respect in the past. One of the reasons for not doing enough is that the content of labor education in Chinese teaching materials is relatively weak. The compilation of supplementary materials, but also to make up for the shortcomings of the original textbooks as much as possible.
