农村文化的发展繁荣,农民素质的提升是建设新农村的重要保障。目前现实情况是农村文化基础设施薄弱,文化服务手段相对落后;基层文化队伍整体素质不高,文化服务水平较低。这种状况严重制约了农村的发展。服务新农村文化建设是地方高校的重要职责。地方高校需要提高对服务新农村文化建设的认识,完善服务新农村文化建设的体制机制,推动农村文化事业发展发展。
The development and prosperity of rural culture, improve the quality of peasants is an important guarantee for building a new countryside. At present, the reality is that the rural cultural infrastructure is weak and the means of cultural services are relatively backward. The overall quality of grass-roots cultural teams is not high and the level of cultural services is relatively low. This situation has seriously hindered the development of rural areas. Serving new rural culture is an important responsibility of local colleges and universities. Local colleges and universities need to raise their awareness of serving the new rural culture, improve the institutional mechanisms that serve the new rural culture and promote the development of rural cultural undertakings.
