北京市丰台区人民法院地处首都西南,辖区面积308平方公里,人口逾200万。该院现有法官及工作人员246人。多年来,该院的结案数和审判人员人均结案、全院人员人均结案均位居全市法院前茅。今年1至5月份,该院审判人员人均结案、全院人均结案分别位居全市法院第一名和第二名。民事案件调解率达到50%以上,办案质量稳步提高。
Beijing Fengtai District People's Court is located in the southwest of the capital, with an area of 308 square kilometers and a population of more than 2 million. The hospital currently has 246 judges and staff. Over the years, the number of cases settled by the hospital and the number of perpetrators of criminal cases have been closed, and the per capita settlement rate of all hospital personnel ranks among the highest in the city. From January to May this year, the average number of judicial adjudicators in the hospital was settled, and the per-capita settlement of the hospital ranks first and second respectively in the city's courts. The mediation rate of civil cases has reached over 50%, and the quality of handling cases has steadily risen.
