本期的封面人物是广大律师都相当熟悉的《中国律师》杂志总编辑刘桂明先生。刘桂明,字开强,号千古洲人,曾用名金木,刘郁、文钊、舒雯、田中农夫、山下小道等,1962年生,江西省永新县人。1985年7月,毕业于华东政法学院法律系。在校期间,光荣加入了中国共产党,办过校报,当过校长跑队员。毕业后,就职于司法部法律出版社。后曾作为中央机关讲师团团员赴河南支教一年。返京后被安排到了《法律与生活》编辑部。1994年,任编辑部常务副主编。1995
The cover of this issue is Mr. Liu Guiming, editor-in-chief of China Lawyer magazine, who is familiar with most lawyers.
