Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the party has formed and published a series of important documents in the course of leading and organizing the people throughout the country in building the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. These include important resolutions and decisions, important laws and regulations, Important reports and speeches of party and state leaders. To study these important documents conscientiously is of extremely important significance for the further study of Deng Xiaoping Theory. The important documents of the party and state since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee are an important manifestation of Deng Xiaoping Theory.
