为适应“在九十年代,使我国高等教育的发展在质量、数量、结构和效益等方面达到一个新的水平,并为下世纪的更大发展和提高打下坚实基础”的需要,结合我省的实际情况,我培训中心自1991年起与国家教委华东高师培训中心联合在安徽师范大学举办了3期高校青年教师函授助教进修班,学习硕士生主要课题。到1994年9月底,参加进修班学习的学员近200人,其中60人经过6门课考试合格发给了国家教委统一印制的结业证书。目前,他们在各自的岗位上发挥了较好的作用。
