新年伊始,万象更新。时隔两年,2015年1月21日,《北京规划建设》理事会第九次年会在北京市城市规划设计研究院多功能厅顺利举行。北京市规划委员会总规划师兼北京市城市规划设计研究院院长施卫良、北京市城市规划设计研究院副院长兼《北京规划建设》杂志主编马良伟.以及来自四十余家理事单位的近六十名代表,出席了本次年会。会议由《北京规划建设》编辑部副主任、《北京规划建设》理事会秘书长陈少军主持。北京市规划委员会总规划师兼北京市城市规划设计研究院院长施卫良致欢迎辞。施卫良指出,
New year new life. After a lapse of two years, on January 21, 2015, the 9th Annual Meeting of “Beijing Planning and Construction” Council was successfully held in the multi-purpose hall of Beijing Urban Planning Design and Research Institute. Shi Weiliang, chief planner of Beijing Municipal Planning Commission and dean of Beijing Urban Planning and Design Institute, Ma Liangwei, vice dean of Beijing Urban Planning and Design Institute and editor in chief of Beijing Planning and Construction Magazine, and Ma Liangwei from the more than 40 governing bodies Sixty delegates attended the annual meeting. The meeting was presided over by Chen Shaojun, deputy director of the editorial department of “Beijing Planning and Construction” and secretary-general of “Beijing Planning and Construction” Council.
