随着经济的快速发展,社会对人才的需求也在逐渐加大,社会产业的升级,激烈的市场竞争使得用人单位对于人才的综合素质要求越来越严格。高职院校多数与企业直接对接,这也就使得用人单位对高职院校学生的素质提出了更加严格的要求。素质教育并不仅仅指知识技能等基本素质的培养,人文素质也是其中的重要一环。基于市场需求的角度对高职院校学生人文素质的培养进行探讨,对影响高职学生文化素质培养的因素进行深入挖掘,找出可行性的解决策略,对于高职院校的学生管理工作而言非常重要。
