记忆合金支架置入是近年来国内外开展的内镜下介入治疗晚期食道癌的一项新技术。我院1999年12月至2006年8月,采用内镜下瘤体注射化疗药物后置放记忆合金支架治疗晚期食道癌89例,有效改善了患者的生活质量,延长了生存期,取得了满意疗效。
