所谓可焊性就是“金属表面被焊料润湿的性质”.而润湿是指焊料能在金属表面形成一层相对均匀、平滑、连续的附着薄膜的过程.可焊性测量就是对焊料的润湿金属表面的程度和达到该成度所需时间的测定.作为考核焊接性能的方法,基本的是检验润湿性,同时一般还要进行边缘拉力,剥离强度、蠕变、疲劳等试验.考虑到产品和加工方法的千差万别,需采用各种不同的试验方法.各种典型试验方法列于表1.下面对它们分别加以介绍.
