在艺术体操五项器械中,带操因其含有较高的观赏性而受到人们的喜爱。而在一套优美的带操成套中转体动作起着举足轻重的作用。从规则中可以看出转体的扣分因素繁多,也会直接影响到我们的成套难度和完成价值,所以力求一套动作的完美,转体技术必须过硬。本文通过对国内外选手带操难度、新旧规则带操动作变化等对比,结合调查问卷结果,剖析影响我国选手带操中转体动作完成因素,为分析国内外选手差距,分析影响我国选手转体动作完成的原因,提供理论依据。
