针对PDC钻头在钻进过程中常遇到的PDC切削具与硬质合金支柱间的钎焊断裂问题,依据真空扩散焊接具有接头强度高、耐疲劳性能强、质量稳定等特点,研制出了V-WSH650型高真空扩散焊机。该机采用水管冷壁圆筒形结构、笼式加热器以及蓄能器和球头调正的加载方式,其真空抽气系统装有冷阱挡板和罗茨泵机组;可以用手动或计算机两种方式操作控制。该机具有抽气能力强、加热均匀、加压稳定,自动化程度高等特点。由该机焊接的PDC切削具与硬质合金支柱,无论从焊接强度、组件开裂率及质量稳定性,还是在保持PDC切削具的原有性能等方面都已取得优良结果。该机可一机多用。
