莱特尔(Reiter)氏病是以关节炎、尿道炎、结合膜炎三大症状为特征的综合征,所见2例报道如下。例1.男,13岁。因20天来尿频、尿急、尿痛(烧灼感)入院。近10来天两眼发红、畏光、有脓性分泌物。同时伴有发热及关节疼痛。3年前曾左膝关节痛,并抽出30ml淡黄色液体,培养无细菌生长。家中无类似病者。父母非近亲结婚。体检:体温38℃,脉搏120次/分,呼吸36次/分,血压110/70mmHg。发育营养中等。两眼结合膜明显充血,有少量脓性分泌物。咽部充血,心肺腹未见异常。右腕关节肿胀,肘关节呈屈曲状,左踝关节肿胀,微红,无热感。左足中趾背侧端皮肤暗褐色,趾甲周围有数个米粒大的水疱,所有肿大的关节均不能活动。
Reiter’s disease is a syndrome characterized by the three major symptoms of arthritis, urethritis and conjunctivitis, and 2 cases are reported as follows. Example 1. Male, 13 years old. Frequent urination for 20 days, urgency, dysuria (burning sensation) admitted. Nearly 10 days red eyes, photophobia, purulent secretions. Accompanied by fever and joint pain. Left knee joint pain 3 years ago, and 30ml pale yellow liquid was drawn, bacterial growth was cultured. There is no similar disease in the family. Parents marry non-relatives. Physical examination: body temperature 38 ℃, pulse 120 beats / min, breathing 36 beats / min, blood pressure 110 / 70mmHg. Medium nutrition. Two conjunctival hyperemia, a small amount of purulent secretions. Pharyngeal hyperemia, no abnormal cardiopulmonary abdominal. Right wrist swelling, elbow flexion-like, left ankle swelling, reddish, no heat. Left foot toe dorsal side of the skin dark brown, nail a few large grains around the blisters, all swollen joints can not move.
