有杆抽油作业装置在采油设备中占有很大比例,抽油机是将井底油气资源开采到井口的主要设备。随着国内石油市场和国际石油市场的接轨,给油田采油作业带来了越来越严峻的考验。通过提高抽油机运行效率,可以有效的降低抽油机运行成本。文章通过调研分析,研究了现阶段影响到油田抽油机工作效率的因素,提出了提高抽油机工作效率的方法。通过研究对于提高油田抽油机的工作效率,降低能耗,节约成本,提升油田的竞争力具有积极的作用。
Pole sucker operation device occupies a large proportion of oil recovery equipment, pumping unit is the bottom hole of oil and gas resources to the main wellhead mining equipment. With the domestic oil market and the international oil market convergence, oilfield operations have brought more and more severe test. By increasing the operating efficiency of pumping units, pumping operation costs can be effectively reduced. Through investigation and analysis, the article studies the factors that affect the working efficiency of oil pumping unit at the present stage and puts forward the methods to improve the working efficiency of pumping unit. The research has a positive effect on improving the work efficiency of oil pumping unit, reducing energy consumption, saving costs and enhancing the competitiveness of oilfields.
