由于油稠、集输管线长和管线输送液量增加等原因造成井口回压高,而井口回压关系着井口产液量、抽油设备能耗、抽油设备使用年限等问题。为了合理优化机采系统及集输系统,达到效益最大化,本文简单分析了降低井口回压的方法。降低井口回压一般有降低原油粘度和降低集输管线压力两种办法。
The wellhead back pressure is high due to the thick oil, the length of the gathering and transporting pipeline, and the increase of the amount of fluid delivered by the pipeline. The wellhead back pressure is also related to the problems of fluid production at the wellhead, energy consumption of pumping equipment and service life of pumping equipment. In order to optimize the mechanical and gas gathering system and maximize the benefits, this paper simply analyzes the method of reducing the wellhead back pressure. Lower wellhead back pressure generally have two ways to reduce the viscosity of crude oil and reduce the pressure on the gathering pipeline.
